We offer secure payment options through Razorpay. You can complete your purchase using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed safely, ensuring your personal and financial details remain protected.

Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@lmsa.art.

Refunds & Cancellations
Each artwork on LMSA is unique, and sales are considered final once confirmed. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement (if available).

Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with photo documentation of the issue.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
